Important information for all participants
No, while the motorcycle ride is a key part of the event, the community gathering at Les Zeiger Park is open to everyone. You can meet us at the park at 12:00 PM for all activities.
The $25 rider registration fee helps cover event costs and supports the Hear My Cry Foundation’s mental health initiatives. It includes participation in the ride and an event t-shirt.
We welcome volunteers! Please contact us at info@hearmycryfoundation.org with “Volunteer” in the subject line, and we’ll connect you with our volunteer coordinator.
While we accept day-of registrations, we encourage signing up by July 10th to guarantee your t-shirt size and help us plan accordingly.
Memorial photos and names are displayed on our memorial wall at the event. Yard signs are placed along the event grounds and are yours to take home afterward.
The event will proceed rain or shine. In case of severe weather, updates will be posted on our website and social media channels.
