Breaking the stigma around suicide and supporting mental health resources
The Ride4Suicide event was created with a powerful purpose: to break the stigma around suicide and mental health discussions while raising awareness and funds for vital support resources.
Through our annual motorcycle ride and community gathering, we bring together riders, survivors, families, and community members in a show of solidarity and support for those affected by suicide.
As we celebrate our 10th anniversary in 2025, we remain committed to our founding principles of awareness, education, support, and remembrance.
We believe that open conversations about suicide and mental health are essential to breaking the stigma that prevents many from seeking help.
We provide resources and information about warning signs, prevention strategies, and available support services.
We create a community of understanding and compassion for those who have lost loved ones to suicide and those who are struggling.
We honor the memory of those lost to suicide through our memorial displays and tributes, ensuring their stories continue to make a difference.
The 10th Annual Motorcycle Ride 4 Suicide Awareness
The Ride4Suicide event begins with a motorcycle ride from Ben Gill Park in Terrell to Les Zeiger Park in DeSoto, followed by a community gathering featuring activities, resources, and remembrance.
Whether you’re a rider, a survivor, a supporter, or someone seeking resources, there’s a place for you at our event.
Through education, advocacy, and community events like Ride4Suicide, the foundation works to break the stigma around mental health discussions and connect people with life-saving resources.
All proceeds from the Ride4Suicide event support the foundation’s programs, including counseling services, educational initiatives, crisis intervention training, and community resources.
Over the past decade, Ride4Suicide has made a significant difference in our community
